Eufemia De Los Santos

Eufemia De Los Santos passed away March 27, 2016. She was born November 11, 1943, to Rosendo Moises and Anita Chavez in Pinos Wells, New Mexico. A wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Eufemia will be truly missed by everyone that knew her. Preceding Eufemia in death are parents, Rosendo and Anita Chavez; brothers and sisters: Benito Chavez, Cecelia Merrifield, Lusizito Chavez, Fernando Chavez, Andres Chavez, Estaban Chavez, Anselmo Chavez, Juan Leonardo Chavez, Dometelia Aguilar, Veronica Chavez and Larry Don Chavez; and one granddaughter, Emani Jade Florez. Those left to carry on Eufemia’s heritage are husband, Eloy De Los Santos of the family home; children: Emilio De Los Santos of Roswell, Elvina De Los Santos and husband, Dave Garcia of Roswell, Eric De Los Santos of Roswell, David and wife, Priscilla Sutherland of Roswell, Thomas Reynolds and Tamy Hersrud of Colorado Springs; grandchildren: Jessica and Travis Rocha of San Antonio TX, Emilio D Jr De Los Santos of Albuquerque NM, Angelica and Alonzo Dorband of Roswell NM, Celena De Los Santos of Albuquerque, Gabriel De Los Santos of Roswell NM, Ariana De Los Santos of Roswell, Evanli Raine Flores of New York, David Sutherland Jr of Roswell NM; two great-grandchildren: Dasyna Rocha and Travis Rocha; siblings: Gregorita Chavez of Roswell NM, Rosita and Tom Tejan of Colorado Springs, Maria and Ruben Chavez of Seminole TX, Kathy and Mario Rivera of Roswell NM, Mike Chavez of Roswell NM, Brenda Sutherland of Roswell NM ; nephews and nieces, Noah Cobos, Carlos Vega, Howard Jr Merrifield, Carol Loflin, Nicole Sutherland, Natalie Aguilar. Additionally surviving Eufemia are close friends: Krystna Sanches, Hilda Madrid, Gilberto and Armina Espinoza, and Jo and Lucy Sisneros. Eufemia’s family would like to thank the Midway Joy Center, Blanca, Claudia, Gina Arubula, Midway Fire Department, Gentiva Hospice, Anita Marajo, Alma and Glenn. A viewing for Eufemia will be Wednesday, March 30, 2016, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Rosary will be recited Wednesday, March 30, 2016, 7:00 PM at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated Thursday, March 31, 2016, 10:00 AM at St Johns Catholic Church.
