On December 22, 1979, Andrew was born to Socorro Huerta and Blas Lujan Sr. in Artesia, New Mexico. He was a member of Church on the Move and attended Freedom and Recovery, where he built strong connections and found support through faith and community. Andrew loved spending time with his friends and family, especially his son, Jordan. He enjoyed riding his bike around town, grabbing a meal at his favorite restaurants, and turning up his music loud. He had a natural talent for building things out of scraps, if he had the pieces, he could make something out of them. He was a big fan of the 49ers, WWE wrestling, and movies, especially Marvel films. Superman was his favorite, and he never got tired of watching anything that brought action, excitement, or a good story. Andrew lived with energy, grit, and a big personality that made him unforgettable. He will be deeply missed by everyone who loved him. Those left to eternally treasure and cherish Andrew’s memory are his girlfriend, Mariah Angelica Olivares; children: Dyiana Senaida Lujan, Andrew Xavier Lujan, Jordan Carlos Xavier Lujan; stepson, Paul Josiah Sigala; siblings: Daniel and Sandie Lujan, Blas Lujan “Junior”; several aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews: Mayo and Anika Morua, Pedro and Ariana Garcia, Noah Xzavier Lujan, Ethan Xavier Lujan; close friends: Andrew’s heart was made of gold and made friends wherever he went; great nieces: Aesira Jayde Garcia, Nova Rae Escamilla Lujan, Aviana Lujan, Maia Ivy Morua, Isla May Morua, Arya Noel Morua; great nephew, Jude Garcia. Andrew is preceded in death by his parents: Socorro Huerta and Blas Lujan Sr; maternal grandmother, Petra Huerta; paternal grandparents: Gregorio Lujan and Manuela Dominguez Lujan. Those blessed to be chosen as honorary pallbearers are Joel Mijares, Paco Perez, Armondo Reyes, and Noah Xzavier Lujan. Those honored to be chosen as pallbearers are Beto Barboza, Ramon Lopez, Urijah Barboza, and Carlos Salinas. “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” - Psalm 34:18 Andrew’s tribute was lovingly written by his family.
