Antonia B. Ramirez May 23, 1966-May 13, 2023 Antonia (Toni) was born on May 23, 1966 to George and Linda Bennett in Roswell, NM. On August 31, 1985, she married the love of her life, Arthur Ramirez in Roswell, NM. From their union they had 4 children and 5 grandchildren. Toni was a homemaker and the love of her family. She was very giving, kind and took care of her family and extended family as well. She was always willing to help out anyone in need. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Toni will be greatly missed by her family and friends. There will be a viewing on May 30, 2023, from 9:00am -2:00pm and the service to follow at 2:00pm, at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Isaac Ramirez, Cruzita Garcia (Chris), Erica Jimenez (Anthony), Emilia Ramirez, and grandchildren, Arthur and Lucia Garcia, Gabriel Jimenez, Harley and Zoey Sosa, and two special nephews, Orlando and Allen Ramirez and her life long best friend Cynthia Martinez. Toni is also survived by her siblings Raymond Gabaldon, Tina Avalos, Richard Gabaldon, and Regina Bennett. She is also survived by her parents George and Linda Bennett, her in-laws, whom she loved dearly as well as many numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Toni is preceded in death by her husband Arthur Ramirez, one brother George Bennett, and many other loved ones. Toni’s family would like to thank the staff at Fresenius Kidney Care and everyone who has supported them during this difficult time. I Am Free Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free I’m following the path God has laid you see. I took His hand when I heard him call I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day To laugh, to love, to work, to play. Tasks left undone must stay that way I found that peace at the close of day. If my parting has left a void Then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss Oh yes, these things I too will miss. Be not burdened with times of sorrow I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life’s been full, I savored much Good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and peace to thee God wanted me now; He set me free.
