David Sieg

Funeral services for David Allen Sieg, 21, of Roswell will be held at 2:30 pm Thursday, April 2, 2009 at Anderson-Bethany Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Geary Miller officiating. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery. David was born March 17, 1988 to David Albert Sieg and Tamara Norvelle Sieg in Roswell, NM. He was a loving son and brother. David loved spending time with his family and friends, enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and driving tractors. He loved children and was always joking around. David will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his parents David and Tamara Sieg, two brothers; Travis Sieg of Roswell, Eric Graves and Jenny of Roswell, two sisters; Misty Hellums and Justin, Trisha Sieg and Wesley Hellums all of Roswell, his grandmother; Leah Dalton, his grandfather; John Sieg, his great grandmother; Billie Pyeatt, his special nieces and nephews; Garrett Graves, Lane Hellums, Brittany Ray, Faith, Wyatt and Regina Hellums, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other nieces, nephews. David is preceded in death by his grandfathers; Wayne Dalton and Tom Pyeatt and his grandmother Yvonne Sieg. Pallbearers will by Eric Graves, Travis Sieg, Wesley Hellums, Justin Hellums, Ricky Dalton, Joe Norvell, Garland Dalton and Zack Therrian. Honorary Pallbearers will be Nathan and Steve Therrian. Tasks left undone must stay that way, I found that peace at the close of the day, If my parting has left a void, then fill it with remembered joy. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, all these things I too will miss. Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish for you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life’s been full, I’ve savored much, good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, don’t lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and share with me, God wanted me now, He set me free.
