Obituary for Joel Granado Jaramillo A rosary will be recited for Joel Granado Jaramillo of Roswell at 7:00 pm Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at Anderson-Bethany Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held Thursday, September 10, 2009 at 10 am at Anderson-Bethany Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jim Reeves of Church on The Move officiating. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery. Joel passed away September 3, 2009. Joel was born July 4, 2009 to Adam J. Jaramillo and Agnes M. Granado. Our little angel went to be with Jesus on Sept. 3, 2009. Joel was a victim of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. He will always be remembered by his special smile and his big blue eyes. He shared his love through his little kisses. Joel is survived by his parents; Adam Jaramillo and Agnes Granado, his maternal grandfather; Tommy Byrd, great grandmothers; Agnes Gonzalez and Nancy “Lula” Byrd, uncle; Ricky and wife Emily Granado, aunt Bianca Byrd and Julissa Gomez, great uncles; Emeterio and wife Serena Granado, Mark Granado, Ricki Byrd, and David Byrd, great aunts; Linette Washington, Patricia Melendez, and Carol Norris, cousins; Lucus Granado, Adrian Martinez, and Olivia Martinez, his paternal grandparents; Danny Suarez and Debbie Jaramillo, Freddie Gomez and wife Christina, and step-grandpa; Orlando Garcia, great grandparents; Joe and Margaret Jaramillo and Joe and Mary Garcia, great great grandmother; Petrita Villanueva, uncles; Jody Garcia and Kris Gomez and aunts Isabelle and Sabrina Esping and Annalicia Gomez, great aunts; Della Villanueva, Carol Mejia and her husband Frank. Joel was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Aurora “Vickie” Granado; his maternal great grandfathers, George Washington and Lawrence Byrd; paternal great grandparents Leonardo and Socorro Gomez, great-great grandparents Frank and Julia Jaramillo, great great-grandfather; Florian Villanueva and great aunt Annabelle Jaramillo and his twin uncles. Pallbearers will be Kris Gomez, Ricky Granado, Jody Garcia and Amara Salazar. Honorary pallbearers will be Bianca Byrd, DeeAnna Nunez, Linette and Lisa Dominguez, Alice Granado, Isabelle and Sabrina Esping, Ellianna Vazquez, Isiah Garcia and Eliah Alvidrez.
