John Posz

A memorial service will be held for John Posz, 46, of Roswell, at 11 am, Saturday, May 1, 2010 at Anderson-Bethany Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Melvin Suttle officiating. John passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2010. John was born August 29, 1963 in Fort Ord, California to Joseph Posz and Nancy Thomas. He leaves behind happy memories of a man who loved life and loved his family even more. He was a home-body who put family above all else and had many friends who will miss his quick humor and "just turning 16" attitude about life. John claimed not to be a people person - but could engage even a stranger in an instant conversation and leave them with a smile and appreciation for having met him. He was a loving father, husband, son, brother and friend to all he met. Though we who are left behind feel he left this life much too soon -we must know and accept that- God's time is always the right time. John is survived by his wife Coetta Posz of the family home, two daughters; Alisha Posz and Darrah Chaves both of Roswell, one son; Derrick Torres of Euless, Tx, his mother; Nancy Posz, one sister; Julie Spangler of Roswell and one brother; Joseph Posz of Palm Harbor, Florida. John was preceded in death by his grandparents and his father, Joseph Posz.
