Richard Herrera

A rosary will be recited for Richard “BooBoo” Herrera Jr., 33, of Roswell at 7pm Thurs. Sept. 6, 2012 at Anderson-Bethany Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 am Friday, Sept. 7, 2012 at St. John’s Catholic Church with Father Juan Gutierrez officiating. Burial to follow at South Park Cemetery. Richard passed away August 31, 2012. He was born August 27, 1979 to Richard Herrera Sr. and Patricia Lynn Andrews in Roswell, NM. Beloved son, brother, Father and Tio and will be missed and loved by all who knew him. Those left to cherish his memory are his four children, Patricia Lynn Marie Herrera, Janessa Guadalupe Herrera, Ellisma Herrera and Richard Lil Booboo Herrera III all of Roswell; his three brothers, Christopher Yogi Herrera and his wife, Erica Herrera and their three children, Sidney Mirella Martinez,Annalicia Justice Herrera and Christopher Lil Yogi Herrera Jr.; two other brothers, Thomas Pilar Herrera and Jerome Chavez all of Roswell; his sister, Christian Lynn Herrera and her three children, Celestina Lynn Archibeque, Cyrenna Archibeque and Norbert Archibeque Jr. all of Clovis, NM; his sister, Isabel Herrera and Eddie Cortez and her three children, Santiago Ray Herrera, Robert Linares and Emerale Cortez of San Antonio, TX; and numerous aunts, uncles,cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Herrera Sr., his mother, Patricia Lynn Andrews and his primo, Rudy Vato Lucero. An angel has gone home, so go in peace and join our beloved Hefito and Hefita. We will always remember and love you carnal, see you when we get there. With Amor, respect and carnalismo. Pallbearers will be Christopher Yogi Herrera, Thomas Pilar Herrera, George Howard Andrews Jr., Eric Chulo Baca, Arthur Sepuelveda, Lonnie Bebe Salazar, Ralph Physco Pichardo and Robert Crazy Toons Varela. Honorary pallbearers will be Douglas Clumz-e Thyberg, Anthony Herrera Sr., Christian Lynn Herrera, Jerome Burger Chavez, Christopher Lil Yogi Herrera Jr., Lil Joe Rascal Rodriguez, Fabian Anaya, Leroy Flores, Robert Herrera, Albert Herrera and Isabel Herrera.
