Tillie Hidalgo

Tillie Hidalgo, 89, passed away on May 14, 2015. She was born September 26, 1925, to Adolfo Trujillo and Antonia Jimenez in Roswell, NM. Raymond Hidalgo married Tillie Trujillo on February 18, 1946, in Roswell, where they had five beautiful children. She worked as a production worker for years, until she retired. Tillie was preceded in death by her husband; both her parents; four sisters; Gloria Quintero, Ninfa Crist, Elsie Chavez, and Rosie Valverde; and two grandchildren, Hector Brito Jr and Joe Ray Brito. Surviving Tillie are her four daughters: Antonia Anaya, Mary Helen Sanchez, Adela M. Hidalgo and Lynn Hidalgo; one son, Raymond Hidalgo Jr; seven surviving grandchildren: Claudia Lucero, Stephanie Anaya, Carolee Hidalgo, Angelica M. Hidalgo, Jonah Sanchez, Jason Sanchez and Joni Sanchez; eleven great-grandchildren: Anna Marie Lucero, Phillip Ryan Anaya, Nicolette Brito, Alyssia M. Alonzo, Maricruz, Karina, Anthony Alonzo, Joe Ray Brito Jr, Brittney Brito, Jonah Jr, Annabel Sanchez, Miriah, Brianna, and Layla. Also surviving Tillie is her sister, Dolly Sanchez; and one brother, Adolfo Trujillo. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, 7:00 PM, at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home Chapel. A mass is scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 2015, 10:00 AM, at St. John’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery. Father Lalo will officiate.
