Trinidad Loya Venzor

Trine was a generous man and for that he was so loved by the many people who knew him. He would always step up and be there to lend a helping hand. He loved to work on his thriving garden with his wife. He had a passion for ranching and caring for horses. Not only was Trine a son, husband and father, but he was an amazing grandfather and great-grandfather. They were the light of his world. He hosted many cookouts with all his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. His love of music showed at these events and his singing along caused others, who were in attendance, to join in. His grandchildren will forever remember how considerate and thoughtful he was: “We always knew our grandfather would share his left-over burritos he would save for us, from his lunch, when he got home from work.” Trine is preceded by his mother and father; his brother Humberto Loya; and sisters Margarita Estrada, Rita Medrano, and Manuela Mendoza. Trine is survived by his wife Emelia Loya Najera; his children Ramon Loya and wife Layla Fernandez Loya, Elizabeth Loya Gomez and husband Sijifredo Gomez, Oralia Loya Serrano and husband Javier Serrano, Alejandro Loya and wife Laura Loya, and Daniela Loya Morales and husband Antonio Morales; his grandchildren Ramon Loya, Ashley Solis, Humberto Loya, Sindy Hernandez Gomez, Yessica Chacon, Elizabeth Gomez Loya, Dayami Gomez Loya, Javier Serrano, Kendra Serrano, Sebastian Serrano, Gael Serrano, Alejandro Loya Jr., Alondra Loya, Uriel Loya, Orlando Loya, Alan Morales, Viviana Morales, Haylee Morales, and Noah Morales; six great-grandchildren; his siblings Antonia Loya, Arnulfo Loya, Bertha Loya, and Herlinda Mendoza; and numerous nieces and nephews. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 16th, from 9:00am to 6:00pm, at the Anderson Bethany Funeral Home in Roswell, New Mexico. A rosary vigil will follow at 6:30pm. A church service will be held on Thursday, June 17th, at 10am, at Saint Peter Catholic Church in Roswell, New Mexico. Following will be a procession to the burial at South Park Cemetery in Roswell, New Mexico. Services are under the direction of Anderson Bethany Funeral Home.
