Obituary for Yolanda Varela Funeral services for Yolanda Varela, 22, of Roswell will be held at 2 pm, Sunday, August 29, 2010 at Anderson-Bethany Funeral Home. Yolanda Jazmin Varela was born in Aurora, Illinois, on February 20, 1988 to Rafael and Sandra Varela. She was raised and grew up in Roswell. Yolanda was always so full of life and laughter. She brought joy and happiness to every life she touched. She always knew how to make everybody smile no matter how bad their day was. Being surrounded by her family and friends made her happy. She loved to spend time with her baby boy, Sebastian, and nephews. She loved to tease her little brother and make him laugh. She would spend time listening to music and making videos with her sisters. Yolanda loved her family and friends dearly, and will be missed by all. Yolanda is survived by her son, Sebastian Rafael Varela; her parents, Rafael and Sandra Varela; two sisters, Adriana Jackson and Veronica Varela, both of Roswell; one brother, Hector Varela of Roswell; a grandmother Eva Smith of Illinois; an aunt Lorain Christenson and her husband Dan and their son Troy; her Aunt Jeanette Butler and her sons Jeremy, Kyle and Justin; nephews: Gage Orosco, Trayvaughn Jackson, Tamareon Jackson, and Christian Varela; her Uncle Benito Varela and wife Juanita; and Uncle Ramon Varela and his wife. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Francisca Varela; her grandfather, Troy Dean Smith; cousin, Christie Lynn Browning; brother-in-law, Damon Jackson; and Uncle Armando Varela.
