Alexis Pacheco

Alexis Chantel Pacheco, age 39, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023. A Memorial Service for Alexis will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home & Crematory. A fellowship will follow at the Serenity Club located at 1000 E. Bland St. On August 21,1984, Alexis was born to Hilda and Alex Pacheco in Roswell, N.M. She graduated from Roswell High School. Alexis went on to college at ENMU-R, obtaining her Associate Degree in Social Work. Anyone who knew Alexis knew that she had a big smile and would always call you “babe”. She was a very kind, outgoing, loving, beautiful person. She loved cooking, camping, driving around and listening to music, and every chance she got, she was in the water. Her number one goal every morning was to wake up and call each family member and ask them if they needed anything and if they were hungry. Alexis was engaged to be married in January 2024 to her love, Corey Anthony Mire. Those left to cherish her memory are her mother, Hilda Pacheco-Peeples from Roswell N.M; Alexis’s fiancé, Corey Anthony Mire from Roswell N.M; her three children: Jose Ramon Aldavaz III from Albuquerque N.M, Anai Lucresia Serna, and Dominic Miguel Pacheco; and her beloved pet, Patches “Poopsie” Pacheco; sister, Leticia and husband Ray Hodge; brother, Alejandro Anselmo Pacheco; sister, Jo-Jo Marion Peeples and her fiancé Jake Fink; niece, Annisa Coggin; nephews: Billy Coggin and Elijah Coggin; aunts: Nena Pacheco from Roswell, N.M; Patsy Lucero from Alamogordo N.M.; and Frances Pacheco from Mansfield, Texas; uncle, Junior Pacheco from Roswell N .M.; Letty and Del Carmona from Roswell N.M; Alma and Gilbert Luna from Albuquerque N.M.; Elva and Hector Portillo from Lehi Utah; Manuel Torres from Carlsbad N.M.; and numerous great- uncles, aunts, and cousins. Proceeded in death were her father, Alex John Pacheco; stepfather, Joe Marion Peeples; grandparents: Margarita and Roberto Roldan; grandfather, Roman Pacheco; grandmother, Sophia Gallegos; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dominic Pacheco, Jose Aldavaz III, Anai Serna, Billy Coggin, Annisa Coggin, Elijah Coggin, Remi Villa, and Jaz Horton. 23rd Psalm “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
