Brandy Rhea Bell

August 30, 1988 - March 20, 2022

We mourn the passing of Brandy Rhea Bell who left us too soon. Brandy was born on August 30, 1988 in Phoenix, Arizona. She continued her journey on Sunday, March 20, 2022 in California. Brandy lived her life on her terms even before she was born. Anyone who met her will never forget her. She was an organ donor and gave life. Anytime she was around we would have to check for our lighters as she was a grand master at keeping everyone’s lighters. Brandy was a free spirit that touched multiple peoples lives. She inspired others to seek treatment. She friended and protected many. She showed acceptance of others and empowered them to be who they wanted to be. She herself wanted to be a substance abuse counselor. Her smile was infectious. She was a loving and caring soul. She was an artist and passionate in the things she loved. Brandy had a love for music and enjoyed seeing her favorite bands. Even more so, she loved her children. She wanted to come home. Brandy was preceded in death by her grandfather, Willie Leos and her beloved pet D.O.G. who we are certain are right by her side. Uncle Rodney Hendrix and grandfather Howard Hendrix. She is survived by her two children, Molly Jane Bell and Hunter Parker. Her mother Ruby Leos and father David (Vanessa) Bell and her very special person Will McLauchlin who was a mentor, second dad, and loved her with every ounce of his heart. Her brother Rodney Bell and “seester” Mia Messier-Leos. Her grand mother Esperanza Leos. Her partner Danny Cruiel. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, and cousins; Maria (David) Ayala, Lorraine Ramirez, Brenda Leos, Jennifer Leos, Bill (Lisa) Leos Cousins: Sophia (Eric) Gettys, Marcos Ayala, Vivian Ayala, Daniel Ayala, Jessica Ramirez, Ciera (Scott) Ramirez, Freddy Ramirez, Willy Ramirez, Erica Leos, Isaiah Leos, Hailey Gilbert, Ryan (Rauni) Leos, Sarah (Casey) Shaw, Taylor Leos. Special thanks and endless appreciation to The Bridge City Sinners, Libby, and Danny. She was surrounded by love and not alone when she passed. Thank you to her cousin Ciera Ramirez for her support and to All those that donated to help bring Brandy home to rest.
