GILDARDO PADILLA RODRIGUEZ, 74, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021, in Dexter, New Mexico. SERVICES: A Graveside Service for Gildardo will be held at South Park Cemetery on Monday, January 11, 2021, at 2:00 PM. On June 14, 1946, Gildardo was born to Juventino Padilla Rentería and Camerina Rodriguez in Teocuitatlán de Corona, Jalisco, Mexico. He was the beloved husband of Manuela Pacheco Padilla, whom he married on November 5, 1974. Gildardo was a hard worker who provided for his family. Prior to retirement, Gildardo worked as a rancher. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Gildardo will be missed by his family and friends. PRECEDED: Gildardo was preceded in death by his parents, Juventino Padilla Renteria and Camerina Rodriguez SURVIVORS: Those left to cherish memories of Gildardo are his beloved wife, Manuela Pacheco Padilla; children: Dario Padilla, Gildardo Jr. Padilla, Juventino Padilla, Omar Padilla, Maribel Padilla, Jose Manuel Padilla, and Ana Pacheco; grandchildren: Sophia Padilla, Eric Padilla, Katia Padilla, Eduardo Padilla, Fatima Padilla, Nancy Villarreal, Alejandro Padilla, Dalia Padilla, Alex, Adamari and Julián Padilla, Ángel and Lizbeth Padilla, Amy, Jasmine and Jose Manuel Jr. Padilla, Rosanna and Jose Vera, and Samaria; eleven great grandchildren; siblings: Rafael Miguel, Mario, Analith, Sara, Leonor, Yolanda, Agustin, Heraclio, David, and Valente Padilla.
