Adrian Ray Franco, a husband, father, and son, passed away on April 24, 2024, in Artesia, NM, at the age of 29. Adrian Ray was born to Geneva Franco and Francisco Martinez Jr. on August 20, 1994, in Carlsbad, NM. Adrian Ray embodied the best of qualities: unconditional love, unending generosity, strength of spirit and an ability to fulfill every day with such a vibrancy, no matter what the adventure was. He was somebody you could always count on. If you had a flat tire, with no spare at 2 am, you could just call him, he would be there! Besides being handsome, kind, and funny, Adrian Ray was a man of many talents. He had a passion for roofing and his goal was to one day own his own roofing company. He established Franco Does It All L.L.C. and was on the path to making one of his many dreams come true. But at the end of the day, Hands down there was nothing more in life that he loved more than being a dad and a husband! Nine beautiful years with Jessyretzy Mediano, the love of his life and three incredible children, Levi, Aramani, and baby Genevieve. He simply was one of the greatest fathers and uncles one could ever ask for. “I need my starting 5!”, he would constantly say, but after three kids he was satisfied saying “I got my 3 shooters, my riders, I’m good.” The love and loyalty he had for all of his family was so tremendous in depth that not even death could ever tear them apart, but he will be greatly missed. Having a soul like Adrian Ray here on this earth, in this lifetime, was an honor. Adrian will be forever missed by his wife, Jessyretzy Mediano; their children: Levi, Aramani, and Genevieve AKA Good Looking #1 & Good Looking #2; mother and stepfather: Geneva Franco and Fernando Madrid; father, Francisco Martinez Jr; siblings: Sabrina Vallejos, Savannah Franco, Eric James Madrid, Alizah Madrid, Josiah Madrid, Isaiah Franco; nieces and nephews: Mayra and Manuel Varela; in-laws: Jesus Mediano; grandmother, Yolanda Cobian Martinez; aunts and uncles: Raymond Franco, Abel Franco, Maribel Barrera, and Alma Martinez; cousins: Angelo Madrid, and Mario Gomez; and close friend, Alex Greene. Adrian Ray is preceded in death by grandfathers: Raymond Franco, and Francisco Martinez; grandmother, Estela Franco; and uncle, Mario Martinez.
