Anita Louise Jenks

The Lord came and flew His most precious Angel home on Saturday, November 7, 2020. Anita Louise Jenks is now sitting at the side of her Heavenly Father and reuniting with her friends and family who have passed before her including the love of her life, Dan Jenks; and her precious granddaughter, Tabitha Erin Reyes. SERVICES: There will be a Viewing for Anita on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a Rosary to follow at 6:00 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at Anderson Bethany Funeral on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at 10:00 AM. Anita was born on March 20, 1942, to Roman and Lucinda Nunez in Picacho, New Mexico, where she was one of eleven children. She grew up to have a big family of her own. Anita spent her life dedicated to her children: Sandra and Sal Padilla, Karen and Michael Miller, Lucinda and Armando Reyes, Roman and Debi Jenks, James Jenks, and Rocky and Marsha Jenks, making sure they were always taken care of. Anita was then blessed with thirteen grandchildren and twenty-eight great-grandchildren, whom she adored, and they adored her in return. Anita had a life full of love and brought joy to anyone who crossed her path. Her love, guidance, and tenacity have inspired many. Anita loved wholeheartedly and without judgment. She was always positive and saw the best in everyone. Anita was a strong woman who never let her pain stop her from being happy. Although we are saddened by the hole left in our hearts, we know that she is now dancing among the angels.
