Eliseo Solis

A rosary will be recited for Eliseo Solis, 48, of Roswell at 12pm, and a funeral mass following at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Father Juan Montoya O.F.M. officiating. Eliseo passed away Saturday, August 15, 2009. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 18, 2009 8am-8pm and on Wednesday from 8am to 11am at the funeral home. Eliseo was born December 27, 1960 to Eliseo Solis Sr. and Socorro Arzate in Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua. He and Oralia Enriquez were married on August 21, 1981 in Cd. Juarez. He and his family had recently relocated to Roswell from San Jacinto, CA. Eliseo was a good husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend. He was a very friendly person, always happy and enjoyed listening to music. Eliseo was an achiever, his greatest pride was his wife Oralia, his two sons, Manuel, Marcos and his daughter Mabel. He is survived by his wife Oralia of the family home, two sons; Manuel and Marcos Solis, one daughter; Mabel Solis, his mother; Socorro Arzate, his grandmother; Socorro Rodriguez, one brother; Jesus Solis, three sisters; Socorro Quinones, Romelia Solis, Lila Guzman, four grandchildren; Mario, Mariel, Jorge Armendariz and Lilian Solis. Eliseo is preceded in death by his father Eliseo Solis Sr., one brother; Antonio Solis, his father-in-law; Manuel Enriquez, one brother-in-law; Enrique Enriquez, one nephew; Enrique Enriquez. Pallbearers will be, Manny Solis, Juan Guzman, Jesus Solis, Marcos Solis, Jorge Armendariz and Javier Quinonez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Mario Armendariz, Jesus Solis, Juan Guzman, Antonio Guzman, Fernando Figueroa, Estevan Figueroa and Chapo Armendariz.
