A viewing will be held at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home & Crematory on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a rosary to be held at 5:30 PM. Another viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Artesia, New Mexico, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a Funeral Mass to begin at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Woodbine Cemetery in Artesia, New Mexico. Inocente was born on March 5, 1957, in Ceballos Durango Mexico, to Miguel Gonzalez and Herminia Lopez, he got married in 1977 to his beloved wife Sanjuana Gonzelez and had two daughters, Maria (Lily) y Elida (Adile) and three sons Victor, Ricardo & Juan whom he loved dearly. He lived in Mexico for some of his life but would constantly be traveling to the U.S. to establish his family over to have them by his side and did everything possible for his family. He enjoyed his life by spending time with his family and being around his animals. He worked in Artesia, NM for 18 years of his life for Rogers INC. and Valley Land Ranch LLC, which his family is extremely appreciative and grateful for the support and opportunities he received. He was always a busy and hardworking man; he was responsible and dedicated to working. He would always return back to Ceballos Durango, Mexico where he was born and enjoyed visiting when he could, he enjoyed the type of lifestyle; riding on horseback, the agriculture surrounding, the animals, and music and dancing as well. He liked to make people laugh and be funny to bring up the mood. He was also known for his goats and sheep but mainly as “Chente”, who will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his spouse, Sanjuana Gonzalez; children: Maria (Lily) & husband James Montez, Elida (Adile) Gonzalez, Ricardo & wife Daniela Gonzalez, and Juan A. & wife Gabriela Gonzalez; grandchildren: Marcos & Ana Vasquez, Sandra Santillano, Cynthia Vasquez, Sheyla & Ivan Lopez, David Gonzalez, Victor Gonzalez, Cristal Gonzalez, Emily Gonzalez, Denisse Gonzalez, Brandon Santillano, Jayden Gonzalez, Daleyza Gonzalez, Dalary Gonzalez, Jaylanie Gonzalez, Daniel Gonzalez; great-grandchildren: Miriam Nicole Vasquez, Avian Axel Lopez; Mother, Herminia Lopez; siblings: Miguel Angel Gonzalez, Celso Gonzalez, Francisco Javier Gonzalez, Alfredo Gonzalez, Petra Gonzalez, Abraham De la Cruz. Inocente is preceded in death by his father Miguel; son, Victor; and great-granddaughter Evelyn. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Juan A. Gonzalez, Ricardo Gonzalez, Marcos Vasquez, Brandon Santillano, Abraham De la Cruz, James Montez, Fernando Sias, Jayden Gonzalez, Miguel Angel Gonzalez and Alfredo Gonzalez. Inocente’s tribute was lovingly written by his family.
