Mary Helen Montano

With great sadness, the family of Mary Helen Montano, 64, shares her passing on January 30, 2018. A Memorial Service will be at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home. Celebrate Mary’s life by visiting www.andersonbethany.com to offer a memory or expression of sympathy for her family. Mary was born on February 5, 1953, to Pete Ibarra and Maria Puga. A dedicated homemaker, she enjoyed having her nails done. Mary’s greatest enjoyment was being a ‘Mom’, being with her family and being around her children and grandchildren. Her family and friends will miss her terribly, Preceding Mary in death were her father, Pete T Ibarra; grandmother, Concepcion Vasquez; sister, Grace Bailey; and brother, Pedro Ibarra. Surviving to cherish the memory of Mary are her husband, Saul Montano; children: Monica Hatch and husband, Emmitt Hatch, Rudy Montano, Bernadette Castrillo and husband, Arthur Ray Castrillo, Anthony Montano and wife, Billie Jean Montano; mother, Mary Ibarra; grandchildren: Nicholas Moody, Breanna Moody, Brittany Treadway, Arthur Castrillo, Gabriel Castrillo, Nathan Castrillo, Joshua Castrillo, Serenity Castrillo, Solomon Montano, Gage Haner, Esiah Haner, Sienna Montano, Loveaeh Montano; sister, Yolanda Chavez and husband, Harold; brothers: Tony Ibarra and wife, Susie, John Ibarra and wife, Angela; numerous nieces and nephews; and precious pets: Molly and Panchito. “FOR OUR MOTHER” It’s so hard to accept, the fact that you’re gone, but God had His reasons why He called you home, He knew you were sick, for a very long time, and He saw that your body was starting to un-wind. He reached out His hand and said, “It’s time to leave, I’ve come to prepare your place with me.” We can never prepare our hearts for this hurt, or ask all the questions we’ll never understand. In time you will realize, it was all part of His plan. So don’t spend your tears, crying for me, take comfort in knowing, I have been set free. I walk with the Creator, from the heavens above, to leave you a message that is nothing but love. Be good to each other, with the time that you have, don’t ever say things that you can never take back. This life that we’re given, is a gift from above, I speak from experience, I speak from love.
