Ronald De Los Santos

Ronald De Los Santos, 58, passed away on Sunday February 23, 2025, in Roswell, New Mexico. Please take a moment to share a kind thought or memory with Ronald’s family at www.andersonbethany.com. There will be a celebration of life for Ronald on Friday March 7, 2025, at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home. This will be an open service from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, for people to come and go, and share stories, memories, and good laughs with his family. Ronald Ray De Los Santos was born on June 21, 1966, to Estevan De Los Santos and Gloria Torrez in Roswell, New Mexico. He attended school in Roswell, and graduated from Nuevos Comienzos, which is now known as University High School. After graduation Ronald began working for Armstrong Construction as a concrete finisher, a career that he loved and excelled at for more than 40 years. In 1992, Ronald married Nancy De Los Santos, and welcomed his first daughter, Destiny Amanda-Leigh De Los Santos. Life happened and Ronald and Nancy decided to part ways, and then he met Monica Escobar; they married in 2005 and spent 10 great years together, and though this relationship wasn't permanent, they shared four children together, Richard Escobar, Lisa Escobar, Marissa Stanza, and Amanda Roberson, and remained friends afterwards. Later in life, Ronald met his forever partner and fiancé, Ruby Fuentes. He had many passions in this life including riding his motorcycle, spending time with friends and family, doing concrete work, listening to music, working, helping any one in need, and kicking back at the end of a long day with a cold beer. He is the type of person that will be missed tremendously by all that knew him. Those left to eternally treasure and cherish memories of Ronald are his fiancé, Ruby Fuentes; his children, Destiny Amanda-Leigh De Los Santos, Richard (Tori) Escobar, Lisa Escobar, Marissa Stanza, Amanda Roberson; siblings, Rhonda (James) Ozbun and Melissa Duran; grandchildren, Xaviana Escobar, Emiliano Archuleta, Michelle Montoya, Emily Montoya, Zoey Mayes, Victor Oaxaca, Ezequiel Oaxaca; nieces, Bernadette Montoya and Darian Ozbun; and great nieces and nephew, Robert Lopez, Annissa Nunez, and Aubrianna Nunez. Ronald is preceded in death by his parents, Estevan De Los Santos and Gloria Torrez, and his sister, Renee De Los Santos. This tribute was written in Ronald’s honor by his children.
